How we plan to earn
By helping at the moments a move actually needs help.
In time, Go Locate expects to earn from clearly-labelled introductions to services buyers genuinely need during a move — a mortgage, a conveyancer, a survey. Nothing like that is live yet, and none of it will change the evidence in your report or how your Go Locate Verdict is calculated.
We don't sell your data, and nothing is shared with a third party unless you ask us for an introduction.

Only when you search for or select a place you travel to, or ask us for a journey, does Go Locate send that destination search or address, the selected property's coordinates and the journey time you gave us to Google Places and Google Routes — solely to confirm the place and calculate that journey. The exact places you travel to and your travel routine stay private to you: they are excluded from your Buyer Passport, from anything sent to an agent, from public links, from downloads and exports, and from our analytics.
Street View: when you open a report we send that property's confirmed address or coordinates to Google Maps to load live Street View imagery near it. The image is shown from Google and never stored by Go Locate, and it is not included in a downloaded report. Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy apply to that imagery.
