A buyer-owned pilot

Go Locate helps buyers check and compare homes found anywhere. We are exploring a small, opt-in pilot with conveyancers, surveyors and estate agents.

Current status: no partners connected

No introductions are being sent. Go Locate has no partner contracts, no vetted panel and no referral fees in place. Nothing on this page describes an existing arrangement.

How it would work for buyers

  • Buyers prepare a brief for one home, free and without an account.
  • They see exactly what a professional would receive, item by item.
  • Consent is separate for each category and is only given at the moment of sending.
  • Private details stay out by default: current home, work and family locations, other homes, detailed finances, health and household members.

By profession

Conveyancers

Could help: A buyer who arrives with the exact property confirmed and their own questions already written down.

Limitation: The brief is buyer-prepared context, not searches, title checks or legal advice.

Surveyors

Could help: The confirmed property and the buyer's concerns (for example flood evidence or outdoor space) up front.

Limitation: Nearby and area evidence is not an inspection of the building.

Estate agents

Could help: An enquiry for your own listed home with only what the buyer chose to share, previewed item by item.

Limitation: No readiness scores or verified finances; buyer statements stay labelled as self-declared.

What a 30–50 buyer pilot would measure

  • How many buyers choose to prepare and then actually send a brief.
  • Whether the brief saved time or questions, as reported by buyer and professional.
  • What happened next with the buyer's home (a viewing, an offer, or dropping it), as recorded by the buyer.

Results are counted only, with test activity kept apart. We have no results yet.

Independence and money

Any future referral fee or paid listing would be disclosed to buyers before they send anything. No payment could change a home's evidence or scores, or where a professional appears. Go Locate stays free for buyers.

For professionals only. Your work contact details are stored solely so the founder can discuss a possible exploratory pilot with you. Submitting does not verify you or make you a partner, and there is no free-text field, so please don't try to include any client details.
